Demonstrate what makes the initiative original and how it goes beyond incremental improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Explain how employees, customers, suppliers, partners, or other stakeholders were engaged throughout the innovation journey. Include details on collaboration, internal culture change, partnerships, co-development initiatives, or how buy-in was achieved to support successful implementation and adoption.

This may include reductions in carbon emissions, waste, energy use, resource consumption, operational efficiencies, or other sustainability indicators.
